Welcome to DfE Open Fortnight at Stanhope Primary School
Every Heart, Every Mind – Attainment and Inclusion for Primary Leaders
We are delighted to welcome colleagues from across the sector to Every Heart, Every Mind, an inspiring open event for primary leaders hosted by Stanhope Primary School, a DfE RISE Showcase School, as part of the Department for Education Open Fortnight.
This event offers a warm, open invitation to see how equity, belonging and inclusion are brought to life in everyday practice. Guided by our motto, “Empowering Every Heart, Inspiring Every Mind,” visitors will experience a school culture where high expectations sit alongside deep relational practice, and where every child is supported to thrive.
During your visit, you’ll explore how inclusive values are translated into action across the school – from curriculum design and pupil voice, to sustainable SEND systems, anti-racist leadership, and our work shaping ethical and inclusive approaches to AI in education. You’ll hear pupils confidently articulate ideas of equity, equality and belonging, and see how targeted support and strong partnerships with families contribute to positive outcomes for all.
